Outdoor cats should also be taken every 6 months to keep their vaccinations up to date. Once they are 10 years or older, they may need more frequent visits\u2014around 3-4 times a year. During these years, keeping track of your companion\u2019s diet and urinary health is crucial. They may also develop arthritis or diabetes and need medication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expect a yearly urinalysis, CBC, and thyroid testing, as these can help with the early detection of cancer and other diseases.
